Experience:  3-5 years of experience in CRM data management, specifically with expertise in cleaning and migrating data from HubSpot to Salesforce 

 

We are seeking a CRM Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in CRM data management, specifically with expertise in cleaning and migrating data from HubSpot to Salesforce. This role requires a deep understanding of data structures and mapping, ensuring accurate, efficient migration and integration of data between platforms and the proper data setup in the new system. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in data quality assurance to support business goals and uphold CRM data integrity. 

Responsibilities

  • Map, clean, and organize data, ensuring fields and values are accurately aligned between CRM systems. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. 
  • Analyze, validate, and manage data to maintain quality, integrity, and consistency across CRM systems. 
  • Support the CRM team by identifying and implementing best practices for data management, migration, and integration. 
  • Lead data migration tasks between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data import, mapping, and migration between HubSpot and Salesforce. 
  • Document data mapping processes, providing clear guidance for future reference and ongoing CRM data projects. 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM data analysis, data migration, or related roles. 
  • Hands-on experience managing CRM data in HubSpot, migrating data from HubSpot to Salesforce, with expertise in data mapping and validation. 
  • Strong understanding of data structures and proven experience in data mapping between different CRM platforms. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM platforms, especially HubSpot and Salesforce. 
  • Analytical skills with high attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and consistency throughout migration processes. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively working with both technical and non-technical teams. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with data migration tools and integration software. 
  • Familiarity with SQL or other query languages. 
  • Knowledge of data validation, quality assurance, and CRM best practices.

The US salary range for this position is provided in this posting. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
