This includes developing a comprehensive operational plan, establishing project objectives, executing the project plan, and evaluating project outcomes. The project is managed within an Agile framework, which emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and iterative development.

Meticulous oversight of fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management

The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed effectively and efficiently. This includes overseeing the project’s finances, operations, administration, and human resources. The Program Manager must have strong attention to detail and be able to effectively manage resources to ensure the success of the project.

Serves as the primary point of escalation to the Government for issue resolution and contractual matters

  • Hold a PMP Certification (PMI).
  • Possess IAM Level I certification.
  • Have a SECRET Clearance.
  • Be a U.S. Citizen.

The Program Manager will oversee the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of the CaseTRAC CEMI project. This position requires comprehensive oversight of fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management. Additionally, the Program Manager will serve as the primary point of escalation to the Government. The Program Manager must be available during core hours (0900-1500 Eastern Time) from Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons. The Program Manager assumes full responsibility for all aspects of the work awarded under this contract, including duties and responsibilities, management procedures, policies, and reporting requirements.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The Program Manager position is remote with minimal travel to the Government site. The work environment may vary depending on the location. The noise level is generally low. The work schedule is typically a day shift from Monday to Friday, although there may be occasions where evenings and weekends are required to meet program and contract needs. The amount of travel required for this position is less than 10%. The physical demands of the job include using hands to handle, feel, and touch; reaching with hands and arms; talking and hearing.
