Tipping Point Solutions (TPS) is seeking an experienced Web Developer to enhance the modernization of data for the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence by ensuring publications products are web-first, mobile friendly, interactive, archive-linked, and supported by social media. This role will support the Education, Doctrine, and Instruction for Intelligence Efforts mission in Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The ideal candidate will live in or around Sierra Vista, AZ. However, we are actively considering fully-remote candidates. 



Requirements:


  • At a minimum a secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in web development or related field, or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in front-end programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with common front-end frameworks.
  • Understanding of how to use common search engine optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Understanding of database architectures.
  • Proficiency with using application programming interfaces.
  • Experience with archiving data in accordance with Department of Defense standards.
  • Oral and written communication skills for presenting information to stakeholders.
