A leading digital streaming network is seeking a Technical Marketing Project Manager. The successful candidate will coordinate/execute marketing campaigns for the team, report from Redfast (platform messaging tool), collate competitor insights, share insights with all levels of the organization, and communicate clearly with different levels of leadership. The ideal candidate has two to five years of experience in Project Management, Customer Retention, Relationship Management, Marketing, and/or eCommerce.
Technical Marketing Project Manager Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $60/hr
- Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States in Eastern or Central Time zone)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
- 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment
Technical Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Project management of analytics workstream.
- Lead various platform messaging campaigns to retain users, plan A/B testing to optimize performance, & work with vendor on tool roadmap/enhancements , in collaboration with the outbound marketing and platform engagement teams.
- Partner with creative, merchandising, product, legal & other internal teams to deliver all necessary campaign assets/details in a timely manner, as well as QA-ing campaigns to ensure seamless deployment.
- Produce, share, and use critical metric reporting on a regular and consistent basis to ensure continuous improvement in process and results, including identifying performance drivers and insights.
- Partner with other teams in the business, including business intelligence & analytics to project manage the delivery of analysis etc to the customer retention team.
- Compile best practices and competitive intelligence within retention marketing to share with internal teams.
- Partner with the research team to understand and track churn triggers by market across all segments
- Partner with the billing & subscription operations team to decrease involuntary churn rates through optimizations to billing and communication strategies
- Compile best practices and competitive intelligence within retention marketing to share with regional teams.
Technical Marketing Project Manager Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Retention, Relationship Management, Marketing, and/or eCommerce.
- BS/BA in a related field.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with campaign data, reporting & generating insights.
- Experience working with multi-platform products on mobile, web, and OTT.
- Experience using Adobe Analytics is preferred.
- Experience working in a digital streaming domain is preferred.
- Experience working on in-app/on-platform marketing channels is preferred.
- Ability to generate reporting and insights, preferably using Tableau is preferred.
- Adept at using Microsoft Excel to run reporting and generate actionable insights is preferred.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with customer/content dynamics of a streaming organization.
Shift:
- 8-5 pm Eastern time, however, we can be flexible such as 9-6 pm.
