Your Role:


We are seeking a skilled Project Manager for our client, who will play a pivotal role in driving automation initiatives and ensuring customer success. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Creating comprehensive project plans, monitoring project status, identifying risks, and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Managing multiple automation projects, tracking dependencies, securing buy-in from key stakeholders, and providing clear visibility into portfolio progress and roadmaps.
  • Cultivating accountability within the stakeholder team to ensure timely completion of action items and follow-ups in a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Undertaking typical business analyst tasks, such as requirements gathering, design documentation, stakeholder sign-off, and deployment management, depending on project size.
  • Leading high-profile projects autonomously, crafting strategic approaches aligned with departmental goals.
  • Developing and executing change management plans, including impact analysis, training schedules, and communication strategies.
  • Contributing to the evolution of best practices, techniques, and standards, establishing yourself as a project expert.
  • Acting as an escalation point for project issues, implementing processes for issue mitigation and stakeholder expectation management.

Skills & Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Business/Information Technology.
  • Preferred certifications: Scrum Master and PMP.
  • 2-3 years of project management experience, along with 2 years of business experience.
  • Familiarity with clinical environments or clinical implementations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Cloud Coach, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong strategic focus coupled with operational and detail-oriented perspectives.
  • Proactive mindset, eager to take ownership of deliverables and learn new skills.
  • Experience collaborating with technology teams and managing external vendors.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Occasional travel may be required depending on project needs.
  • Self-directed and organized with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable communicating with company leadership and leading large meetings.
  • Experience in change management, including training and communication strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive measurable results through collaboration.
