Remote Project Manager - Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client engagement and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively communicating with stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on client engagement
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience working with NTIA (National Telecommunications and Information Administration) or other government agencies
- Knowledge of grant writing processes and requirements
- Background in the telecommunications industry
