The Role
The goal of the Project Manager (PM) is to lead large, complex enterprise level projects. The PM will use their knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices such as Waterfall and Agile to plan, schedule and manage projects that expand the globe.
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to both ideate opportunities and solutions and bring them to life through collaborative effective execution with global cross functional stakeholders and team members. This role will entail strategic execution, business management and project management with a focus in delivering complex value driven initiatives.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Effectively manage all project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. This includes anticipating and making trade-offs, balancing the business needs versus constraints. Complete relevant resourcing and budget documentation to support the project, in line with Deckers global processes (e.g. Project Charters and Level of Estimates). Provide overall project leadership and management of all aspects of a given project, including requirements gathering, solution design and delivery, testing, change management and implementation; Provide project reporting and status to senior management. Manage third party suppliers and their contracted project delivery services, as required.

What We'll Give You
$115,000 - $125,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
