Common CENTS software systems are designed to provide convenience, increased efficiency, and savings in the foodservice and meal plan operations for healthcare, senior living, and business dining environments. We provide POS systems, cashless campus solutions, meal plan management, patient dining software and more. 

 

Reporting directly to the Director of Professional Services, the Project Manager is responsible for managing CCS implementation projects, including timelines, deadlines, installation details, project schedules, and more as assigned by the Director of Professional Services. This position offers the ability to work remotely, with occasional travel.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing timelines and meeting project deadlines. 
  • Maintaining and accurately reporting and documenting ongoing communications with existing customers.
  • Oversee the installation, create and manage the scheduling of the projects of the software at client sites, delivering quality results on-time.
  • Oversee the scheduling of training resources and work with sales personnel to ensure a smooth client transition from sales to pre-installation to installation.
  • Consult with clients to review their current work processes to assess their needs/requirements and compare to functionality to ensure a good fit.
  • Build and maintain client relations on an ongoing basis to ensure successful implementations and strong long term client relationships.
  • Assist clients to create milestones and set proper expectations of who is responsible for each task.
  • Discuss client requirements and explain functionality.
  • Schedule and conduct Review Meetings with the trainers and clients to maintain lines of communications between  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience related to professional services, project management, or similar.
  • Ability to manage office needs and access when needed. (Decision Quality)
  • Ability to work with computers and data entry. (Functional/Technical Skills)
  • Experience with Windows-based software applications; working knowledge of word processing, database operations, spreadsheets, or project management software.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills and approachable. (Listening)
