About the Role:
Are you a detail-driven, highly organized individual with the patience and flexibility to manage high-stakes logistics? Tralo Inc. is growing its specialty flatbed division, which includes transporting batteries, oversized loads, and other high-precision projects. This role blends dispatching expertise with project management to orchestrate complex transportation solutions for customers shipping 24/7.

What You'll Do:

  • Dispatching Excellence:

    • Assign loads and coordinate driver schedules for time-sensitive deliveries.

    • Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

    • Communicate with drivers to handle unforeseen challenges.

  • Project Management:

    • Oversee multiple loads and projects simultaneously.

    • Collaborate with logistics and customer teams to ensure smooth execution.

    • Develop solutions for unique transport requirements like oversized loads.

  • After-Hours Commitment:

    • Be available for on-call responsibilities to support customers in real time.

    • Split after-hours duties with the team while maintaining flexibility.

What You'll Need:

  • Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure.

  • Patience and excellent communication with "rough-around-the-edges" team members.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to our Minnesota office for meetings.
