Director, Influencer Marketing - Temporary

Job Description:

• 40hrs a week during business hours.

• Must have Influencer marketing and client-facing expertise.

Overview

This role you will help guide growth for our influencer team, while overseeing processes to ensure our effectiveness and overall success. You will also have the opportunity to help improve the strategic vision to support your clients' needs, all in a supportive, people-first environment on a team with ample growth opportunities. This role is remote.

Main Accountabilities

• Manage one or more influencer marketing client accounts, being the beginning and end point to clients who are using our services as partners. Ensuring their dedicated team is meeting their needs and then some.
• Provide overall direction to your team on best practices for managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
• Forecast potential impact of influencer campaigns / Indicators and communicating how it can impact clients' businesses.
• Collaborate and make improvements in promoting influencer content with Dentsu paid media teams.
• Pitch business growth opportunities to existing clients.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in an advertising or agency setting, in the social/digital space and influencer marketing.

Additional Information:

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $61.01 - $98.90. Hourly pay rate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
