Vera Iconica Architecture is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join their team. This position requires a minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in luxury single-family residential and hospitality interiors. The ideal candidate will possess a sophisticated design aesthetic, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong initiative, and high energy.
Requirements for the position
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in luxury single-family residential and/or hospitality interior design, architectural interiors, and/or procurement. A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related program is preferred.
Responsibilities and duties
The Interior Designer will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Creating material palettes, elevations, floor plans, schedules, and renderings
- Managing and overseeing specifications, shop drawings, custom built-ins, installation, and interior styling
- Coordinating and managing FF&E procurement
- Delivering client and team presentations
- Providing creative direction and creating Interior Design standards collaborating with the Director of Interiors
