This role involves overseeing the entire process of project management, from planning and design development to construction documentation and project close out. The successful candidate must possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to meet project requirements and expectations. The Project Manager: Design will report to the Design Director and be responsible for managing scope, executing work with a team, monitoring quality, identifying and mitigating risks, and achieving successful project outcomes. Role and Responsibilities
Design
The Project Manager: Design at DesignAgency is responsible for producing high-quality drawing and documentation sets. They must have a mastery of relevant codes, regulations, and standards, ensuring compliance throughout the design process. The Project Manager: Design also maintains consistent and high-quality records and documentation, solving technical, material, and construction problems effectively. They also develop familiarity with site conditions and construction practices, coordinating project schedules within the scope, time, and budget while meeting client expectations.
Leadership
In addition to their design responsibilities, the Project Manager: Design at DesignAgency also takes on leadership roles within the organization. They advise and mentor project designers and technicians, sharing design knowledge and contributing to the development of improved design systems and processes. Qualifications
