Responsibilities
The Network Lead (WAN) position in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, with TekSynap, comes with several important responsibilities. The individual in this role will be responsible for direct technical work on projects, performing various analyses, and preparing appropriate documentation. They will also need to prepare and make briefings and presentations, as well as assist in the on-site management of installations. This role requires the candidate to work independently and install, operate, maintain, configure, troubleshoot, and repair IT systems devices, circuits, cables, and components. They will also need to assist in the development and management of project plans, including reviewing task performance and work products for correctness and adherence to design concepts and user requirements. Additionally, the Network Lead will need to coordinate with the Vendor PM, PMOs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
The Network Lead (WAN) position will primarily be based in an office environment in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The noise level is generally medium, and the work schedule is day shift Monday to Friday. However, the candidate may be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs. The amount of travel required for this position is less than 10%.
In terms of physical demands, the Network Lead will need to use their hands for handling, touching, and reaching. They will also be required to talk and hear. The candidate may need to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
