What you’ll be doing:
- Tactical aspects include system maintenance, reporting and interfacing directly with the field sales team regarding all Prospect Desk performance metrics and process enhancements.
- Ability to solve business problems by conducting analysis, reporting key findings, and making recommendations for solutions.
- Conduct analytics to proactively monitor Prospect and Lead quality and drive action based on findings.
- Participate in strategic discussions to influence senior management on business decisions surrounding enhancements.
- Internal customer interactions – will interact on a regular basis with the Staples Business Advantage Sales Ops, Sales, Marketing, SDS/Technology and Strategy teams.
- Will be responsible for communicating with senior level sales customers (ASDs, AVPs, VPs) regarding Prospect Desk processes and deployments.
- Provide a support service and interface directly with the Business Development sales leaders.
- Strategic Perspective: This individual must gain an understanding of the strategic mandates of the business and be able to interpret the results of their analysis considering the overall business strategy.
- Change Management: Following the senior leadership approvals, this analyst is also responsible for driving their recommendations into realized gains through business adoption.

- Project Management knowledge with the capability to independently develop roadmaps & project plans.
What's Needed- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years’ experience in sales enablement and support, data analytics, supporting technology solutions and/or sales operations.
What's Needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce.com experience.
- Advanced MS Excel and strong knowledge of Power Query, Power BI.
- Project management certification a plus.
- Demonstrated excellence in driving cross-functional projects and/or business improvement initiatives.
- Experience in working with large data sets and ability to extract meaningful insights using Pivot Table and Slicer.
- Strong Excel knowledge with the capability to develop complex formulas to identify root causes or data patterns.
