Job Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager, Service Delivery to join our customer organization working directly with our service delivery team. This role is responsible for ensuring direct and partner led MAX customer deployments, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance is delivered on time and high level of customer satisfaction.


The ideal candidate will have a strong service delivery background, particularly within technical services or managed security service providers (MSSPs), a knack for documenting, standardizing and simplifying complex business processes, and a passion for organizing and optimizing service processes.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage multiple service delivery projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, define project goals, and establish key success metrics.

  • Coordinate resources across various functions (technical support, engineering, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, risk assessments, and resource allocation.

  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and clients.

  • Identify and resolve project-related issues and risks proactively.

  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and client requirements.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope statements, risk logs, and performance reports.

  • Work closely with the service delivery team to implement process improvements and enhance client satisfaction


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a managed services or cyber service delivery environment.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

  • Proven experience managing technical service delivery projects and working with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in IT services, cloud infrastructure, or managed service environments.

  • Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000-140,000. Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
