Description

Blew & Associates, P.A. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Environmental Site Assessments for properties financed through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Environmental Site Assessment projects for properties financed through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
  • Lead a team of engineers, architects, and inspectors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Act as the main point of contact with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication at all times
  • Identify and mitigate any project risks or issues that may arise
  • Ensure that all deliverables, reports, and assessments are of the highest quality and meet client expectations
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Environmental Site Assessments for properties financed through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
  • Experience working with HUD lenders
  • Experience dealing with PCNA/ESA/ CNA projects
  • Experience managing all aspects of large-scale HUD projects
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
