We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As the Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the successful implementation of our clients’ multifaceted projects. You will manage a portfolio of projects with differing levels of complexity, budgets, and time constraints, utilizing your expertise in project management and client training to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with specifications, on time, and within budget.
100% Remote - Anywhere within the US
Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage milestones and tight deadlines
Provide virtual training and support to clients during the implementation cycle
Maintain project plans and communicate status to clients and senior management
Communicate with clients and gather requirements for client site builds and guide clients towards best practices
Possess a strong understanding of school enrollment strategies within a variety of markets (District, Catholic, Independent, etc.)
Translate client objectives into project goals and assignments for Configuration Team with ease
Utilize project management software for internal and client-facing schedules, as well as overall project communication.
Deep understanding of Admissions, Enrollment and Billing cycles within schools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Experience managing schedules, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood, and achieved
Understanding of the Finalsite Enrollment software is a plus
Understanding of a school’s billing and financial processes is a plus
