Summary of Position
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. This role is focused on planning, scheduling, and tracking a project plan through it’s completion. The project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, documentation and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

- Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ability to read and analyze client contracts & questionnaires to determine project scope
- Documentation of project workflows
- Development of detailed project plans to track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Work with Project team to drive new client onboarding set ups including systems, reports, billing & accounting
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Communicating with senior leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Client facing experience – must be able to engage, lead and drive client conversation
- Analysis and summarization of large data sets from various sources: SSRS, Power BI, Salesforce, Sage
- Prepare project presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent client facing and internal verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within groups
- Must be able to eloquently present project plans and updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking, with adaptability to change
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required – Power Pivots, writing formulas (Index/Match, CountIfs, SumIfs, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of Visio required
- Salesforce experienced preferred – administration certification a bonus, but not required
- Project management certification is a bonus
- Mortgage industry experience a bonus
