The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple information technology initiatives across a very large Government enterprise.  The successful candidate will provide Project Management and Executive assistance to ensure program milestones and objectives are met while facilitating team and stakeholder communication. To accomplish this, the Project Manager will build and maintain project schedules, track issues, validate milestones, facilitate meetings, build briefings, and follow-up on executive tasks.  S/He will also demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and work toward identifying and implementing process improvement. Remote work location.

 









Required Qualifications






  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, and at least 8 years of professional experience as a Project Manager.
  • Apply Project Management skills such as schedule development, stakeholder management, scope management, issue tracking, procurement tracking, reporting, and communications management
  • Work directly with the client IT Director to plan and successfully track tasks activities and final outcomes
  • Ability to create and deliver quality executive level presentations utilizing PowerPoint
  • Apply process improvement techniques and methods to identify and implement process efficiencies
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders to undertand their needs and expectations, reprioritize quickly and approach tasks in an adaptable manner.
  • Transform comlex data sets into clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and presentations
  • Monitor project progress and ensure stakeholders meet their deliverables
  • Ability to summarize project results and explain complex issues in presentation format
  • The ability to write in a clear and succinct manner
  • Ability to obtain a public trust (US citizen OR green card holder living in the US for at least 5 years)








Desired Qualifications






  • Prior federal consulting experience preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • Understanding information technology development and/or management preferred
  • Data Analytics skills
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, project management, and facilitating meetings
  • Understanding principles of software testing, development, and/or management
  • Strong self-organization and self-management skills, with emphasis on self-initiation and follow through
  • All candidates must have strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to solve problems independently, responsible for meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work on teams and deal effectively with people
  • Flexibility to reprioritize work and meet aggressive timelines

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
