Come join the Experience Research team, part of the Experience & Strategy organization within U.S. Retail Markets!

 

The Experience Research team is home to talented market researchers and user experience researchers who work together to support the U.S. Retail Markets functions and priorities. Our team’s mission is to understand our prospects, customers, agents, better than anyone in the industry to guide decision-making, strategy, and create competitive advantage.

 

In this role, you will produce insights that enable U.S. Retail Markets to comprehend our brand, products, and services in the context of our market/competitors through analysis of data from internally produced research and external secondary research. This role will primarily support research for our Brand Strategy & Advertising team and broader Marketing organization.

  • Plan and conduct primary research and analyze secondary research sources in support of priorities on projects of moderate scope within our functional area.
  • Support large scale internal research initiatives such as Advertising development, Brand Tracking studies, Sales Effectiveness measurement, and Customer satisfaction.
  • Be a trusted cross-functional partner who builds productive internal and external working relationships.
  • Demonstrate ability to influence business partners to act on data-driven insights by providing clear, actionable recommendations and appropriate business context.

This is a remote role. Candidates residing within 50 miles from the Hub will require to work in office 2 days a week. Please note that this policy is subject to change.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a concentration in research and quantitative analysis preferred.
  • 3 years related experience.
  • Knowledge of SPSS or SAS statistical program.
  • Knowledge of database querying tools.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, research techniques and database design.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and their practical application.
