Produce floor plans and elevations based on Ronen Lev’s drawing standards
The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed floor plans and elevations that adhere to Ronen Lev’s specific drawing standards.
Produce design documents including DD, CD sets, and schedules from Schematic Design to Installation
The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating comprehensive design documents, including Design Development (DD) and Construction Document (CD) sets, as well as schedules for various stages of the project, from Schematic Design to Installation.
Prepare detailed interior elevations, millwork, and custom furniture detailing
The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating detailed interior elevations, as well as providing millwork and custom furniture detailing, ensuring that every element of the design is accurately represented.

Create presentations with materials, sketches, plans, and renderings
The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing presentations that showcase the design concept, using a combination of materials, sketches, plans, and renderings.
Create and keep track of project budget and timeline daily
The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining a project budget and timeline, ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget.
Correspond directly with clients, external consultants, and suppliers
The Interior Designer will be the main point of contact for communication with clients, external consultants, and suppliers, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project.
Manage daily multiple projects simultaneously from schematic design to construction & installation phases
The Interior Designer will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from the schematic design phase all the way through to the construction and installation phases.
Attend site meetings
The Interior Designer will be required to attend site meetings to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly and to address any issues that may arise during the construction phase.
Create FF&E schedules
The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining an FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) schedule, ensuring that all necessary items are identified and procured in a timely manner.
Qualifications
To be considered for the position of Interior Designer at Ronen Lev, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
BArch, MArch or equivalent design degree
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related design field.
3 – 5 years of experience working in an architecture or design firm required
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience working in an architecture or design firm.
MUST have strong drafting experience in Autocad
Candidates must have strong drafting experience in Autocad, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in this software.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Design Suite, and any 3D software
Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD and have experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Design Suite, and any other relevant 3D software.
3D Studio Max & Vray or Rhino proficiency is a plus
