Job Description
As a Graphic & Digital Designer at Ritual Zero Proof, the individual will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and retailers. They will be responsible for designing printed marketing materials, including point of sale signage, menus, table tents, and branded swag, to drive success for the company. In addition, the designer will create sales presentations and templates to be used for pitches and trainings. They will also have the opportunity to creatively represent the brand at live events by designing event menus, merchandise, and trade show signage.
The Graphic & Digital Designer will also be responsible for creating digital assets for both paid and organic channels. This includes designing banner ads, SMS campaigns, and social media content. One of the key responsibilities of the designer is to maintain brand consistency across all areas of creative, in both B2B and B2C contexts. They will organize brand assets and photography within Dropbox and provide assets to agency partners, retail customers, and PR/media requests. It is important for the designer to stay up to date on design trends and identify new opportunities to elevate the brand across digital platforms.
In addition, the Graphic & Digital Designer will provide support to the marketing and social media teams. They will report to the Senior Art Director and assist with various tasks as needed.

Requirements
To be considered for the Graphic & Digital Designer position at Ritual Zero Proof, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
