Additionally, the coordinator will assist the Professional Awards Teams with judging, prepare finalists for Creative Week events, and contribute to the production of those events. From May to July, the coordinator will focus on preparing awards for shipment, following up with sponsors for the Portfolio Night event, and assisting team leads in developing a marketing and outreach plan for Portfolio Night.
