Job Description

The Designer will collaborate with the design team to assist in all aspects of bringing new products to fruition, including sketch ideation, Solidworks, and prototype development. Responsibilities
The Designer will work in a collaborative on-demand manufacturing environment, closely collaborating with design, engineering, sourcing, production, and sales teams. Responsibilities include managing assigned projects, milestones, and deadlines, creating iterative prototypes using various media, producing 2D spec drawings and 3D assemblies for production handoff, continuously improving the design process at all levels, and ensuring quality control. Requirements
Applicants must have a degree in industrial design, product design, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in product design and development is required, with preference given to candidates with experience in lighting and furniture.
